The Intermediate Developer training takes your Mendix skills to the next level. You’ll work in project groups, tackle more complex app logic, and learn advanced development techniques that prepare you for real-world projects.

By the end, you’re ready to sit your Mendix Intermediate Certification exam — included in the price.

Prerequisites: Mendix Rapid Developer certificate + 1–2 months of hands-on experience.

What is the language of instruction for the training?

The Mendix Rapid Developer training is delivered by default in English, unless otherwise specified during registration or if all participants explicitly prefer Dutch.

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for Mendix developers who have mastered the basics and are ready to take the next step. It focuses on developers who want to move beyond standard functions and work more autonomously.

What exactly will I learn?

You will dive deeper into the Mendix platform, start using XPath to constrain your data, use more advanced functions in your custom logic and develop bigger, more complex processes.

Are there prerequisites?

Yes. You must hold the Rapid Developer Certification. Additionally, we recommend approximately 1-2 months of practical project experience to get the most out of the advanced concepts.

How long does the training last?

The Mendix Intermediate Developer training lasts 2 days.

What do I need for this training?

You need your own laptop with webcam and Mendix Studio Pro (at least version 10.6.x) installed. A secondary screen is recommended.
